I Want to Move ASAP! How Long Does it Take to Process an Application?
It generally takes 24 - 48 hours to process an application, however, this is highly dependent upon how quickly we can verify your employment/income and obtain a landlord reference from the numbers you provide us. In order to speed up the process, it would be helpful for you to contact your employer and landlord beforehand to let them know we will be calling and make sure the phone numbers you provide are accurate. In some cases, it may help to provide recent pay stubs to verify income. If your application is approved, you will have 24 hours to submit a security deposit, administrative lease preparation fee and sign a lease. If the property rents before your application is processed, the application fee will be refunded, or you may transfer your application to another or our available properties. -
