My background includes over 40 years of residential commercial property management experience, encompassing the leasing and management of over 250 commercial, townhomes, condos, duplexes and single family properties. I have established contacts with reputable maintenance and repair services throughout the Denver Metropolitan area to ensure reliable and prompt service. I work closely with property owners to relay the status and condition of each property.

I am committed to provide you with an exceptional Property Management service. My education includes a B.S./B.A. degree in real estate from the University of Denver in 1966. I also have a Real Estate Brokers License and participate in on-going training through professional organizations reflecting the level of qualifications Jericho Properties can provide. I am a certified Residential Management Professional through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). In the past I have served as president of the Denver chapter of NARPM; a former Board Director of the Jefferson County (CO) Association of Realtors (JCAR); and a 40-year member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.

I have over 20 years of experience as a property manager at Jericho Properties. I hold a bachelor degree in business from the University of Colorado [1990] and a real estate brokers license [ 2014 ]. Committed to professional development, I actively engage in continuing education relevant to residential property management. My primary responsibilities include rent collection, owner disbursements and lease renewals.

I come with over 20 years of experience in the credit industry and my background offers a unique perspective that greatly benefits the housing sector. Since joining the Jericho team, despite being relatively new to property management, I understand the pivotal role credit plays. My multifaceted background in credit, collections, customer service and human resources industries enables my approach to the leasing administrative role holistically, emphasizing client satisfaction. Jericho Properties and Bob have provided opportunities to participate in ongoing housing and financial education and training, including networking events. I am dedicated to making significant contributions to the property management industry, and especially excited to contribute to the growth and success of Jericho Properties.

As the new Maintenance Coordinator at Jericho Properties, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience to the team. With a background in the hospitality industry, I offer a fresh perspective and a versatile approach to maintenance coordination.

My experience has taught me how to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency and instilled strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building positive relationships. Previous Commercial and Residential Construction, Management, Title, and Land Planning experience in these associated fields. 2 years of Business at Mesa State and Red Rocks College. I was involved in Coors Tech Center, Stapleton Business Center, Westminster Promenade and many other Commercial properties from the ground up. High level admin for Prologis Development in assisting VP in properties throughout the Central, Midwest and Southern part of the US.

My family was always involved in construction and development when I was growing up that lead me into the field of RE. I’ve always loved the aspect of helping others find their dream home in Real Estate.
