Property Management Maintenance Policies 

Jericho Properties has well established contacts with reputable maintenance and repair individuals and corporations throughout the Denver metropolitan area. We work closely with the property owner to relay information concerning the status and condition of each property. 

We handle all repair/maintenance requests from the tenants, and all invoices are reviewed before being approved for payment. In addition, all new vacancies are checked for necessary repairs and cleaning, and made ready for new tenants. We have been using many of the same vendors for several years, and we are confident of the quality and the pricing of their work.
