• Depositing rental income and security deposits into FDIC insured accounts
• Payment of operational expenses such as repair and maintenance invoices, utilities, management, and leasing fees
• Detailed online monthly statement, including monthly and year-to-date income and expense figures
• Year-end reports as well as 1099 forms for tax purposes
