Jericho Properties will work had to ensure your property is occupied and generating revenue for your investment. We use a multitude of methods to market and lease your property when it becomes available.

Our marketing methods include, but are not limited to:

• Internet listings on multiple websites including HomeRentals.net, Craigslist.org, and our own website
• On-site yard signs
• Networking with other property managers and real estate sales agents
• Flyers, brochures, and other print media

Our leasing procedures involve:

• Providing information via phone and email to prospective tenants
• Showing your property
• Processing applications and thoroughly screening tenants in compliance with fair housing laws
• Preparing all leases, and necessary addendums, disclosures, etc.
